STACYBased out of Hamilton, ON, Stacy is a children's portrait photographer for Little Icons. She travels to Toronto and surrounding area to offer these sessions as well. Stacy is a beautiful soul, with kind eyes and a sweet demeanour, but don’t underestimate how bad a** she is. With a degree in psychology and a history as a drama teacher, Stacy is a heavy hitter and holds herself to high standards. The best advice she has been given is to live as if tomorrow isn’t promised. These words have led Stacy to say yes to adventures, more than she could have imagined. It’s what prompted her to move, with her husband, from Ukraine to China with the intent of staying for 1 year turning into 7. She is an enneagram 8w1, active, loves to snowboard and dance. Her favourite way to show love to her closest people is to feed them well and to make sure they are comfortable and happy. At the end of the day, the most important thing Stacy wants her daughter to know is that she is loved unconditionally. Stacy’s ability to create and capture genuine moments, and to present them ever so beautifully, is evident in her portfolio of family and maternity work. What drew us to her is her honesty and desire to make people feel loved and beautiful, and to contribute to their self-esteem. The Little Icons approach and philosophy easily feels like home to Stacy. She is very familiar with operating from a place of kindness and love, viewing each child as the dynamic, individual they are. She delights in connecting with each one and watching what unfolds uniquely in every session. We feel very lucky to have found Stacy, what a perfect match! |
